Project overview
We are currently developing a wind farm for a site located between Greengairs, Plains and Caldercruix in North Lanarkshire.
Over the last year we have been carrying out a range of studies on the site as part of our Environmental Impact Assessment. This assessment looks at potential impacts on ecology, landscape, noise, aviation, archaeology, transportation and construction.
We have now completed our studies and are preparing to submit our planning application. We expect to submit this application to North Lanarshire Council in May 2012.

Latest news - information days
We held a second series of information days in November to present to residents our final proposed plans for the wind farm. The events took place on 15, 16 and 17 November in Caldercruix, Greengairs and Plains.
